They buyer found us through our website and send us inquires about couplings, from their website, we learnt that they are also trading for cranes, hoists and wheels. This time, they placed four couplings to us, delivery time is very short. Our production dept. strictly limited the production time to 15 days. After the couplings are ready, they are well packed and delivered to the clients by air. This buyer now becomes my good friend, and he also helps us to win our another order because of language barrier.
